we provide international shipping to the following countries for a flat fee of £12.95:

to return or exchange your order all you need to do is email info@wxycandles.com within the 28 day return timeframe and we will reply with confirmation. you will need to fill out the returns label that you will have received in your parcel along with your items. the customer is responsible for returning the product and for the cost of postage. we are only able to reimburse postage costs if the product we sent you was faulty/damaged. we would suggest that you retain the proof of postage and use a signed for delivery service.
products must be returned in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, so please ensure it is packed well to avoid damage in transit.
we will send confirmation to your e-mail address once the products have been received. refunds will be processed once the product has arrived back at our address and can take up to 7 days to reach your account.
